While wood framing is the backbone we built the business on, most larger homes rely on a significant structural steel component to achieve the bigger spans, larger openings and higher performance that accompanies high end designs. To that end we got frustrated with the mistakes and delays that became common place when the steel scope was managed by a third party fabricator, or worse a GC that thought they could order steel from a sketch on a cocktail napkin and expect us to make it work. To mitigate those issues, we now manage all the structural steel scope required for your dream home ourselves. Problem solved. Having the right staff to control the schedule, the fit and fitment as well as the right equipment and knowledge to make the occasional field modifications keeps the job on track.
